2. Main purposes
Processing of the user's request and password to 
access the private area of the Center's website, 
where photographs, communications and, in general, 
information about the participant's stay at our 
Center can be accessed.
Communication between the center and 
father/mother/guardian. Telephone and email contact 
data may be used for incidents related to the 
management of users on the intranet.
      
3. Legitimation and conservation      
The basis for the processing of the data is the 
proper execution of the contractual provisioning 
of our services (Art. 6.1b), RGPD) and to ensure 
communications between the father/mother/guardian 
and the center.
The data will be kept during the participant's 
time in our courses and, in any case, in compliance 
with those statutory limitation periods that may be
applicable.
      
4. Recipients of cessions
None planned.
      
5. Rights of the interested parties   
The interested parties may exercise their data
access, rectification, deletion, portability,
limitation and opposition rights by writing to the
above address.
The interested parties have the right to withdraw 
consent given.
The interested parties also have the right to file
a complaint with the Control Authority 
(Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.agpd.es).
